1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the NicOff application ("App"), developed by o.cool.inc, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Description of Service

NicOff is a mobile application that helps users quit nicotine using the Allen Carr method, AI coaching, health tracking, and gamification. The App is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NicOff. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur through it. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscription & Payment

NicOff offers paid subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscription terms:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Payment is charged through your App Store or Google Play account
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your app store settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple / Google refund policies

6. AI Coach

The AI Coach provides general motivational support based on the Allen Carr method. It is not a medical professional, psychologist, or therapist. AI Coach responses do not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for health concerns.

7. Health Data

Health data from Apple Health / Google Health Connect is used solely to compute your recovery score and is displayed only to you. It is processed locally on your device and is not sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in NicOff, including text, graphics, 3D models, icons, animations, and code, is the property of o.cool.inc and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials without our written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Distribute malware through the App
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse trial offers

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

NicOff is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the App will result in quitting nicotine. Results are individual and depend on many factors. Health recovery information is based on general medical data and does not constitute individual medical advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, o.cool.inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the App.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and your account.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where o.cool.inc is registered.
